ABOUT MARGi

Bridging the gap between observation and connection is an art. Often, the deepest connections are found in the small towns, roadside cafés, quiet coastlines, and everyday places that leave a lasting impression. I have come to appreciate that some of the best travel moments happen when you least expect them. Travel softens our assumptions and widens our perspective. The more we experience different cultures, histories, and ways of life, the more we begin to understand what shapes communities, what people value, and how much we can learn from one another.

I currently live in the beautiful province of British Columbia, a land of vibrant coastal cities, world class ski resorts, and dramatic mountain wilderness.

For many years, I worked for Air Canada and lived in some of Canada’s largest cities. Working for an airline afforded me the opportunity to travel, often at a moment’s notice. A spontaneous decision could mean finding myself on the other side of the globe the very next day. Those journeys sparked a curiosity that still shapes the way I travel today.

May these pages inspire you to create journeys of your own, or take you somewhere new through imagination and curiosity.
